Reflecting on our collective experience of living through a pandemic and responding to this critical moment of social awakening, Tarot in Pandemic and Revolution unites 62 visual artists and poets from across the San Francisco Bay Area in a never-before-seen display of original tarot images and poems.
Celebrate the opening of the pop-up exhibition at 447 Minna with live music performances, poetry, mural painting, tarot card readers, and local food at The Parks at 5M.

The Program
Beginning at Kapwa Gardens, join artists, poets, musicians, and dancers for a stroll down Mission Street before arriving at The Parks at 5M. Bring a blanket and sit on the grass to enjoy live music all afternoon and get your tarot read!
From 1-4pm, soak in the creative energy of art being made in real-time outdoors and inside 447 Minna during The Illusion Show, an interactive container of wonder that bridges the community with artists and musicians from a mix of disciplines and genres. Guests are invited to engage in the artistic collaboration through music, painting, drawing, and poetry.
The Exhibition
Complementing this lively celebration on the 2nd floor is the never-before-seen 81-piece exhibition of artwork used in the tarot deck, featuring original works by local Bay Area artists, Cece Carpio, Brett Cook, Susan Matthews, Malik Seneferu & many more!
Capturing a moment in history unlike any other, this multidisciplinary collaboration brings together award-winning poet laureates, novelists, authors, muralists, painters, graphic artists, performance artists, musicians, and dancers, each committed to social, environmental, public health, and climate justice.
This pop-up exhibition will be on view from March 25 - April 15; gallery hours are Friday-Sunday, 12-3pm.
